Currently under construction and set for completion in December 2025, this landmark redevelopment in the heart of the Brent Cross regeneration area will deliver a contemporary 9-storey residential building with an additional basement level.
The scheme will provide 63 high-quality residential units, designed to meet a broad spectrum of housing needs, with a mix of private sale, affordable rent, and shared ownership homes. The apartments range from one-bedroom units to generous three-bedroom family dwellings, each benefiting from a private balcony or terrace that enhances light, space, and outdoor living.
We were appointed to the project following planning approval and undertook a comprehensive review of the approved plans. Our team reworked the internal layouts to significantly optimise the efficiency and usability of each apartment—enhancing the overall functionality and living experience for future residents.
The development includes secure basement-level parking, accessed via two dedicated car lifts, and features a communal rooftop terrace offering panoramic views across London’s skyline—providing a shared amenity space for residents to relax, gather, and enjoy their surroundings.
This project is a key component of the broader Brent Cross transformation, contributing to the creation of a vibrant, well-connected, and sustainable new neighbourhood.
